       Huachen company produced tin bottom block is made of calcined siliceous minerals and silica-aluminous minerals rich in glass phase as the filler of aggregate, and the high alumina cement as the binder, instead of raw clay as the binder, completely changing the mineral structure of the bottom brick matrix.Because the matrix part contains a higher glass phase and a small amount of mullite phase, the matrix part shrinks very little after burning, and most of the pores are closed pores, which is not easy to form nepheline, thus extending the service life of tin groove bottom brick.
