       Fused cast AZS 41 block can be produced only one methods (casting type) of WS, and the ZrO2 content is above 41%.

       There are not shrinkage cavities in this series of brick with well distributed inner structure,Fused cast AZS 41 block not only has the eutectic crystals of silica and alumina, but also contains more uniformly distributed zirconia crystals.Therefore,the key parts of glass kilns were selected to used this block make sure the furnace everyt parts have same life with that of other parts. It is proper to be used in the parts that demand particularly high erosion-resisting, such as electric-melting tank bottom and side wall, the turning of feed inlet, and the parts of formation of bumps and dog hole,furnace weir, throat of furnace.
